Cajas National Park

Where to eat and stay on the Cajas road

Trout restaurants, mountain inns and roadside cafés along the Cuenca–Molleturo highway, in order as you drive west from Cuenca.

Call or message before you go. Many places open only on some days, and hours change. Kilometre posts along the road do not always agree, so use the named landmark too. Fill the tank and bring cash from Cuenca.
